2. Bookings & Payments
All simulator bay bookings must be made in advance via the website or in-club. Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Fairway Fusion Golf Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and may be subject to change at any time. Pricing errors may be corrected without notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel or amend bookings with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may not be eligible for a refund. Failure to attend a booking (no-show) may result in loss of payment.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Arrival & Late Policy
Customers are advised to arrive on time for their booking. Late arrival may result in reduced playing time, and sessions will not be extended beyond the original booking slot.
6. Use of Facilities
All users must follow staff instructions and safety guidelines when using the golf simulators and equipment.
Only one person should swing at a time
Practice swings must be controlled and aware of surroundings
Appropriate behaviour is required at all times
Fairway Fusion Golf Club reserves the right to stop play if safety rules are not followed.
7. Damage to Equipment
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities through misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged accordingly.
8. Behaviour Policy
We aim to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all customers.
The following will not be tolerated:
Abusive or aggressive behaviour toward staff or other guests
Dangerous or reckless use of equipment
Illegal activity
Fairway Fusion Golf Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals without refund if these standards are not met.
9. Alcohol & Outside Food/Drink
Alcohol may only be consumed if purchased on the premises. We operate a responsible drinking policy and reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
No outside food or drink is permitted unless agreed in advance.
10. Health & Safety & Assumption of Risk
Customers acknowledge that participation in golf simulator activities / in the vicinty of involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from swinging golf clubs, flying golf balls, slips, trips, or interactions with other participants.
By using the facilities, customers accept and assume these risks. All participants must remain aware of their surroundings and follow safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
Only one person should swing a club at any given time, and other players must stand at a safe distance.
Fairway Fusion Golf Club will take all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment; however, participation / observation / being in the vicinity of is at the customer’s own risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Personal Belongings
Fairway Fusion Golf Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway Fusion Golf Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the facilities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
Fairway Fusion Golf Club offers membership packages that provide access to exclusive benefits, including discounted bay hire, priority booking, and member-only promotions. Membership is subject to the terms outlined below.

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over. Under 18s may use facilities but must be supervised by an adult member where applicable.

8. Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be cancelled at any time unless a minimum term applies. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Significant reason and evidence must be given to cancel within the minimum term i.e you are in HM Armed Forces and are being deployed or posted to another location. Management hold full discretion on approval or refusal of the request.
9. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other customers, and the facilities. Fairway Fusion Golf Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for:
Abuse of staff or customers
Misuse of equipment
Any illegal or unsafe behaviour
10. Use of Facilities
All members must follow safety guidelines when using golf simulators and other equipment. Any damage caused through misuse may be charged to the member.
11. Personal Belongings
Fairway Fusion Golf Club accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
